Adler Fairways Insurance Group has acquired Mason Owen Financial Services Ltd, an established and highly respected insurance broking firm based in Liverpool with a further office in Norwich. The acquisition strengthens Adler Fairways’ presence across the UK and extends its footprint into the North and East of England. This acquisition is the second in 2026 for Adler Fairways, having joined forces with W B Baxter in May 2026.
Both Adler Fairways and Mason Owen are Chartered insurance brokers, sharing a commitment to professional standards, client service and long-term, relationship-led advice. Following completion, Mason Owen will continue to operate under its existing name, with clients supported by the same experienced team.
Incorporated nearly 40 years ago, Mason Owen built its reputation in the property investor sector before broadening its expertise across commercial insurance and developing a particularly strong proposition in legal indemnity insurance. Its team of 36 colleagues, based across Liverpool and Norwich, will continue to deliver the high-quality advice and service clients know, while gaining access to the broader skills, resources and specialist expertise available across the Adler Fairways group.
