Do I need care home insurance?

If you have employees or contractors, Employers’ Liability insurance is required by law in the UK. Care home operators are also expected to have the right insurance to meet the standards of regulatory bodies like the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, The Care Inspectorate (CI) in Scotland, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) in Northern Ireland.
