As the new year begins, Adler Fairways is delighted to welcome three new colleagues to its Professional Risks team, growing and strengthening the team and its specialist capability.
Simon Hall, Dan Malcolm and Oliver Steppe, will work alongside Alain Mair to enhance the firm’s Professional Indemnity and financial lines services. These new appointments reflect Adler Fairways’ commitment to developing its offering across the business and investing in expertise, whilst ensuring clients continue to receive the guidance and support they need.
Simon Hall joins as a Client Executive, bringing 30 years of experience in financial lines and general commercial insurance, specialising in Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber Liability, and Medical Malpractice. Simon has worked with professionals across construction, engineering, technology, financial services, and traditional professions such as surveyors and accountants, offering expertise and trusted guidance.
Dan Malcolm has 18 years’ dedicated experience in Professional Indemnity, supporting a wide range of professional services firms. Known for his collaborative approach, Dan will work closely with clients to solve complex insurance challenges, combining sector knowledge with practical, hands-on guidance.
Oliver Steppe rounds the team, adding a focus on emerging and complex risk areas, including technology-driven Professional Indemnity and Cyber Insurance. With extensive experience placing sophisticated accountancy risks and working with regulatory bodies, Ollie’s role as a Client Advisor will help clients navigate fast-evolving, highly technical risks with confidence.
