At Adler Fairways, part of The UKGI Group, we’re proud to deliver exceptional insurance advice backed by outstanding client service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Client Adviser to join our Giles Insurance team.

Role overview

As a Client Adviser, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients, providing expert advice throughout the entire policy lifecycle.

You’ll handle:

  • Renewals
  • Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs)
  • New business quotations
  • Client enquiries
  • Policy administration
  • Claims support
  • Premium finance enquiries

Working closely with insurers, Client Executives and colleagues across the business, you’ll ensure every client receives a professional, responsive and compliant service whilst identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and support business growth.

 

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping clients and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience within the General Insurance market
  • A good understanding of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Acturis and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, positive, and commercially aware approach

Holding Cert CII is desirable, although we’re equally keen to hear from candidates willing to work towards the qualification.
