In this role, you’ll help turn data into meaningful insights that inform key decisions and drive performance across the business. Role overview

As our Analyst you will undertake a variety of activities including:

• Developing and delivering MI reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Analysing operational and sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Work with our CRM and business systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support our business acquisitions through data alignment and reporting consistency.
• Help improve our automation and reporting processes across the organisation.

Skills & experience

We’re seeking someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience as an MI or Data Analyst – ideally within insurance or broking. You should be confident working with CRM data, proficient in Excel, and able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with BI or AI tools, insurance products, or acquisition integration projects would be an advantage.

This is an office-based role located in our Birmingham office.
